Buy a standard package
0. Select a brand
You can select the brand that you want to launch a campaign with from the top-left corner.
Then go to the Standard Package tab and click on the "Purchase" button
1. Select a package
Choose a package and click “Select". The placements of each package are shown when you clock on the package.
Some packages are only available for a specific duration.
Once you've selected the package, hover to the add to cart button on the top right.
2. Choose a country and segment (category)
Select the market and category under segment.
The cost is shown on the right side of the screen. It depends on the package cost, the number of countries and segments.
3. Choose a discount
Click on “discount" to see the available discounts for this purchase. Choose a discount that is the most suitable for you.
If a discount is greyed out, it means you're not eligible for that discount.
Some discounts can be applied together, some are not. If the discounts can be used with each other, you will be able to select them at a time. Else, after you select one discount, others will be greyed out.
4. Select a payment method
a. Pay with debit/credit card:
You have to have a card on the system first. Go to Profile > Billing Details > Payment Card to add the card
Your card will be charged immediately if there is no error (e.g. card doesn’t have enough money, etc)
You will receive the invoice via email.
b. Pay via wire transfer:
You will receive the invoice and guidelines on how to submit your payment via email.
c. Pay with wallet credits:
Your wallet will be charged immediately if you have enough credits. Else there will be an error message asking you to top up.
5. Confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions then click “Pay Now"
6. Input your campaign name, and booking duration and click “Create"
Duration has to be 1 week and starts on Monday. If the start date you select is not Monday, the system will automatically change it to Monday.
If a package has a specific duration, you can only run your campaign within that time.
7. Wait for an email from ZALORA regarding the next steps
