While there are multiple factors that might an impact on whether your ads will be shown, including your bid price and the relevancy of your product, there is one setting that you can change to expose your ads to more audience.
By default, the system will try to be selective on whom the ads will be shown to in order to achieve your conversion goals, but we know sometimes, you still want your ads to be shown to customers who are less likely to purchase, you can tell the system how much more traffic you would want to get.
Go the the keywords, audiences and additional details section of your campaign
Adjust the percentage of additional traffic that you would like to get
As a best practice, you should start small, such as: 10 or 20 first, observe the traffic, CR, and ROAS in a few days, then decide if you want to get more. This setting only has an impact on additional traffic that you would like to get, not on the existing high quality traffic.
