Go to the Sponsored Ads dashboard
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the campaign you want to stop, slide the toggle in the "Active" column from the right to the left
How this toggle behaves according to the campaign's status:
Campaign status | Toggle | Can switch? |
Pending for approval | Off | No |
Rejected | Off | No |
Delivering | On | Can switch to "off". Once off, the campaign will have the status "Paused" |
Not delivering | Off | No |
Paused | Off | Can switch to "on". Once turned on, status will go back to “delivering” |
Completed | Off | No |
3. If you want to resume the campaign, slide the toggle from the left to the right (only works with "delivering" status)
