Create a sponsored product campaign

0. Select a brand

You can select the brand that you want to launch a campaign with from the top-left corner.

Then click on the new campaign button.

When setting up your sponsored products campaign, GFG offers several options to suit your needs.

Quick Campaign

If you require minimal filters for your campaign, you can simply click on the "New Campaign" or "Quick Campaign" button. This streamlined process allows for a swift setup, getting your products in front of customers with minimal effort.

Advanced Setup

For those who need extra customizable filters or desire more control over their campaign, the "Advanced Setup" button is the way to go. This option provides greater flexibility, enabling you to fine-tune your campaign parameters to better align with your marketing strategy.

By choosing the right setup option, you can effectively manage your sponsored products campaign, ensuring it meets your specific requirements and goals.

1. Quick Campaign

Campaign Details

Enter a campaign name, choose a campaign goal and select Product as a campaign type.

Catalogue Selection

Then choose the ZALORA region that you want to launch your campaign.

Budget and Schedule

Choose a budget:

  • Always-on: your campaign will be always on. Your campaign is only paused if the topped-up credit is exhausted or we can't charge your payment method on file if there is

  • Total budget: your campaign will be running until this total budget is exhausted

  • Daily budget: your campaign will be running until this daily budget is exhausted

  • Set both daily budget and total budget: Your campaign will be running until either daily budget or total budget is exhausted, whichever happens first

Schedule: Choose a start date only to run campaigns indefinitely or a start date - an end date to run your campaign during this period. It will start from 00:01 AM on the start date and end at 11:59 pm on the end date.

Sponsored Content

Choose the categories to filter SKUs to advertise.

Select the correct store for your campaign.

Once everything is done, click on Start Campaign to submit your campaign.

Bid Strategy

Manual bidding

Manual bidding allows you to control the maximum amount of money you are willing to pay per click

A suggested bid is the optimal amount the system thinks you should bid so that you have the highest likelihood to win the auction. The minimum bid is the minimum amount of money you should bid so that you have a chance to participate in the auction.

How does the auction work?

The Ad Platform is auction-based, your products will be shown to prospective customers only if a combination of your product relevancy and the maximum bid is high enough. The more relevant your product is to the customer browsing the website, the less you will have to bid in order to win the auction and have your ad shown to the customer. If you are of similar relevancy to other competing products, then you will need to make sure that your maximum bid exceeds your competitors' bids in order to win the auction.

The maximum bid amount is the maximum that you are willing to pay to have your product clicked on by a customer. The actual amount you pay for a click is dynamic and based on several factors: The main factor is what your competitors are paying. The maximum click price you will ever pay is $0.01 more than the maximum bid price of the product that you beat in the auction.

For Example: if your maximum bid was $1.00 and your competitor's maximum bid price was $0.90, you would only pay $0.91 (not $1.00).

Automated bidding

Automated bidding uses machine learning to optimize your bids to maximize conversions.

Target ROAS

Include your target ROAS.

Keywords, Audiences and Additional Details

Target Keywords

Select additional keywords to enhance your targeting. The system primarily utilizes the product name and descriptions, so adding these keywords helps refine your reach to potential customers.

For Example: Dresses, Mini Skirts, Maxi Dresses, ZALORAYA

Negative Keywords

Identify keywords that you want to exclude from your campaign. This helps prevent your ads from appearing in irrelevant searches.

How much more traffic would you like?

The system defaults to delivering the highest quality traffic. You can specify how much additional traffic you would like, but be aware that this extra traffic may be of lower quality, resulting in higher costs and a lower likelihood of conversion.

Campaign Content

Select the list of SKUs to promote from a subcategory and price range. The system will automatically select all SKUs that meet that criteria in real-time, including SKUs that might meet this condition in the future when the campaign is still running. This list is refreshed daily to reflect future changes.

Alternatively, select SKUs to promote. You can search by SKU or product name or upload an SKU list (each SKU per line). Then the list of SKUs will be shown together with the current price and available quantity

Review Campaign

Once everything is done, review the campaign setup. Click on Launch to submit your campaign for review. Our team will receive a notification to review your campaign. If it's approved, it will be live immediately and you will receive a notification.
